Even though I am married with a family, I enjoy spending time alone. Oftentimes, I pour so much into others without leaving much for myself, so for me, spending time alone is a great way for me to recharge, reflect and do something for myself.

- Volunteer

- Go to a museum exhibit you’ve thought about seeing

- Read a book while having a bubble bath
- Explore the city you’re currently live in

Spending time alone is so important for your mental battery, and I think everyone should do it from time to time.
